What are Basic Concepts?

Point to the pictures on the board as you are saying those words. Model this for your child and encourage him/her/them to point to the pictures as well! 
Once the child understands how to use the board, he/she/they can use it to comment and describe by pointing to 1 or more pictures/words with or without speech.
This Board Supports Language Development by providing a visual representation of the concept to aid in understanding and expression.
