Welcome to All Hands On Language! These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the All Hands On Language website, purchasing our resources, and accessing our digital resource library.

By accessing or using allhandsonlanguage.com, purchasing a product, or subscribing to File Share, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. About All Hands On Language

All Hands On Language provides educational resources designed to support communication, AAC, language development, visual supports, and diverse learners.

Our resources are designed by a speech-language pathologist and are intended to be used by educators, speech-language professionals, caregivers, and other individuals supporting learners.

All Hands On Language resources are educational materials. They are not intended to replace individualized evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice from a qualified healthcare or educational professional.

2. Using Our Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or another person's account.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without permission.

3. Digital Products

Many All Hands On Language products are digital downloads.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the resource for its intended educational purpose. You do not purchase ownership or copyright of the resource.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, purchased resources may be used by the purchaser for their own personal, classroom, therapy, or educational use.

You may:

Download and print purchased resources for your permitted use.
Use printed materials with the learners you support.
Make reasonable copies for your own permitted educational use when allowed by the individual product license.

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the digital files.
Share the files with people who did not purchase or receive authorized access to them.
Upload our files to public websites, shared resource libraries, social media, file-sharing services, or other platforms.
Give copies to other teachers, therapists, schools, clinics, parents, or organizations unless their use is specifically covered by an applicable license.
Remove copyright notices or branding.
Modify our resources and sell, distribute, or share the modified versions.
Use our resources to create a competing product or resource library.

4. File Share Memberships

File Share provides subscribers with access to a digital library of All Hands On Language resources during their active subscription period.

Available plans may include individual, speech clinic, and lifetime options. The specific access, pricing, and terms associated with each plan are described on the File Share sales page at the time of purchase.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual File Share subscriptions provide access for the period specified at the time of purchase.

If an annual subscription automatically renews, the renewal terms, price, billing frequency, and cancellation information will be presented before purchase.

You may cancel an eligible recurring subscription using the cancellation method provided with your account or subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not necessarily provide a refund for a previously completed subscription period.

Lifetime Access

Where a lifetime File Share option is offered, "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the File Share service offered by All Hands On Language, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

Lifetime access does not guarantee that every resource currently or previously available will remain available forever. We may occasionally update, replace, reorganize, or discontinue resources or portions of the library.

Sharing File Share Access

File Share access is intended only for the individual or organization associated with the purchased plan.

A speech clinic or other organization purchasing a clinic plan may provide access only to the individuals covered by that plan and according to the terms of that specific plan.

Unauthorized sharing of account access or library files may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices, products, subscription plans, or promotional offers at any time. Price changes will not retroactively change the amount of a completed purchase.

For recurring subscriptions, the applicable renewal price and billing frequency will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and account information and for ensuring that your chosen payment method remains valid.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital Products
Because our products are digital files that are available for immediate download, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a problem with a file, receive an incorrect file, or are unable to access a purchase due to a technical issue, please contact us at daniellegrimaldislp@gmail.com or use the Contact Us page. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you receive the product you purchased.

File Share Subscriptions
File Share subscriptions provide access to our digital resource library for the subscription period selected at checkout.

For subscriptions that automatically renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Your access will generally remain available through the end of your current paid subscription period.

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current subscription period. Subscription payments that have already been processed are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or when otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If you believe you were charged in error or have a problem with your subscription, please contact us and we will review the situation.

Lifetime File Share Access
Purchases of lifetime File Share access are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or at the discretion of All Hands On Language.

Third-Party Marketplaces
Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, such as Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers, may also be subject to that platform's refund and cancellation policies. If you purchased through one of these platforms, please refer to the policies and purchase terms provided by that platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the All Hands On Language website—including but not limited to:

Digital resources
Printable materials
Communication boards
AAC materials
Visual supports
Worksheets
Graphics
Illustrations
Photographs
Logos
Product designs
Written content

Purchasing or accessing a resource does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
